    Hello,

    i have the same problems, did everything, and failed in Odin as well. used the correct cable, took out battery, downloaded the latest firmware but all failed, i can go to recovery mode and download mode. so what can i do? As i read the answers said it may be sboot issue, so any advise! thanks in advance!

    i have used the latest firmware, N7105XXUFOB2_N7105OLBFOD1_MM1

    here is the odin log, failed again:

    so what to do??
    1. can't access safe mode.
    2. ok to access download mode, and also recovery mode.

    Thank you Greenman,

    i have installed kies, and trying software update and initialisation. I set Note 2 to download mode then connected to connected to Kies, then i saw progress to 100% (I think it is software update) then doing another progress, i think should be initialisation. however, it has been already an hour, and still stuck at 0%, so what to do?

    Looks like a damaged memory, as the firmware is not installing.
    Disconnect and remove battery.
    Now try again.

    it's still stuck at initilisation part, so does it mean no other way to fix?
