    Check:
    1. Open Odin in Administrator mode (right click on mouse)
    2. You are using an original quality USB cable and not a thinner USB charging cable.
    3. Connect directly to the PC USB port and not through a USB hub.
    4. Try another PC USB port.
    5. Try another Odin version.

    ive got this error:

    Install SmartSwitch on your PC.
    Do not connect your phone.
    Go to MORE > Re-install drivers.

    Now either continue with SmartSwitch as in post #2 here:

    Or return to your Odin flash, But close SmartSwitch first.

    Hi there,

    I have updated my samsung note 4 SM-N910W8 version successfully through Odin but the only problem is phone boots up every minute. I wiped data and factory reset but i have got this error (E: failed to mount/preload no such file or directory) . Could anyone help me to get rid of this problem please? and also even i updated with samsung kies it gives me same error. i tried to fix this error with every possible methods that are mentioned on different website but fail to fix it.

    Need help My Samsung SM-f950f to have some issues
    1 Always App close error
    2. automatically reboot continuously
    3.when i start the fone power + key up + bixy there is some error :
    fail to open recovery_cause(No such a file or directory)
    #reboot Recovery cause is [unknow]#
    suppoet SINGLE-SKU
    File-based OTA
    supported API: 3
    E:unknow valume for path [/odm]
    E: unknow volume for path [/vendor]
    dm-verity verification failed....
    E:[libfs_mgr]jis_dt_compatible(): fimare info was not valid :/proc/divice-tree/firmare/android/compatible: no sucg file or directory
    i already done new flash update firmware
    please help thanks

    Since when is this happening?

    Have you ROOTed your device, Custom ROM and/or recovery?

    this problem start when I update my fone (official update)
    no sir No root /Discovery
    just flash software. firmware download from sammobile
