Nand write start is telling you that the firmware is not being written to the phone.
This is either a process error as listed on previous post, or a damaged memory.

Then I repac it in TAR without 1 file with name "hidden.img"
    Then the flashing is posible:
    Code:
    <ID:0/004> Added!!
    <ID:0/004> Odin engine v(ID:3.1100)..
    <ID:0/004> File analysis..

    <ID:0/004> Get PIT for mapping..
    <ID:0/004> Firmware update start..
    <ID:0/004> SingleDownload.
    <ID:0/004> boot.img
    <ID:0/004> NAND Write Start!!
    <ID:0/004> cache.img
    <ID:0/004> cm.bin
    <ID:0/004> modem.bin
    <ID:0/004> recovery.img
    <ID:0/004> sboot.bin
    <ID:0/004> system.img
    <ID:0/004> RQT_CLOSE !!
    <ID:0/004> RES OK !!
    <ID:0/004> Removed!!
    <ID:0/004> Remain Port .... 0
    <OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 1 / failed 0)
But after I restart it just boot in recovery.
I try to delete data, dalvik, cache..
I have error message with red:
[ Login above or register to see download links. ][ Login above or register to see download links. ]

    Code:
    dm-veryfy verification failed
And if I do the data wipe i receive this error:
[ Login above or register to see download links. ]

Pls help me, you are the only one who know the right steps..
Can I for example put another sboot.bin in to that BTU UK firmware and repack it and try with that PIT file?

    You have a custom Recovery?
    Which one do you have?
    Is it TWRP?

    Try returning completely to stock.
    Stock firmware
    Stock recovery

Yes I had a custom recovery..
Where can I find a original recovery?
Yes I used TWRP, from their site for model SM-G925F.

When installing a Sammobile firmware, it replaces the firmware on the phone completely.

It will replace the custom Recovery (TWRP) with the stock Recovery.
It will remove any root on the phone.

Are you saying that neither of these are happening?
