    thats all i ever get when trying with stock firmware :'(...HELPPPPP (phone only goes into download mode thats it..total brick!!)

    Looks like you are trying to install older firmware than is on your G925F.
    The downgrade has been blocked by your secure bootloader (s.boot)

    As with previous post, it looks like your firmware is being blocked by the secure bootloader (s.boot)
    Try a newer firmware version.

    Your firmware is the latest available, so which firmware were you trying to install as there is nothing newer.
    You cannot downgrade this firmware.

    I was having issue with some settings and talked to samsung they told to reinstall firmware using kies as it might be not properly installed

    If reinstalling, you would have been better using SmartSwitch.
