Can we start by confirming your phone model version?
Put your IMEI number into this Samsung site and get your original Product Code.

Hi. My Galaxy S3 was reestarting alone some times per day, until entering in a block mode, on the black window with "Samsung Galaxy SIII GT-I9300". I've tried some ROMs, using different ODIN (as administrator), using different USB ports (at the back side of the computer, inclusively), in two different computers. I did "wipe data factory reset" and "wipe cache partition" many times. The cell phone accept "download mode, the ODIN recognizes it, I reestarted the computers and I stopped Kies process before each work. I have follow answer using ODIN 3.07 and the ROM I9300UBUGMK6_I9300ZTOUGMK3_I9300UBUGMK1_HOME.tar.m d5 (no progress bar was shown on the phone or on the ODIN):

Using separeted files (checking "re-partition" box):
    AP_I9300XXUGMK6_2168382_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md 5
    BL_I9300XXUGMK6_2168382_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md 5
    CSC_OLB_I9300OLBGML1_2277803_REV00_user_low_ship_. tar.md5
    M0_EUR_OPEN_4G.pit
    MODEM_I9300DXUGMK1_REV02_REV04_CL1421226.tar.md5

The process froozen on the step below and no progress bar was shown on the phone or on the ODIN:

When I put my IMEI on Samsung site, I get no Product Code as answer. I sent a e-mail to [ Login above or register to see download links. ] two days ago, but I have no answer yet.

I did a search on the internet and I think my Product Code is GT-I9300RWPZTM. It was a white model, but I had to change the display some months ago. Now the front frame is black and the rear side of the phone is white.

Do you know some way to solve this problem? I can repeat all steps if it's necessary or recomended.

    Thanks,

    Maurício

It looks like the memory has died as the firmware will not write to memory.
You will need a new motherboard.
