Which Neo model do you have?

You should be able to install firmware.
Can you get in download mode?
Can you get in Recovery mode?

Sorry, I do not really understand the problem.

    This is your firmware?

Is your screen going on and off?

This is probably the battery, and needs replacing.

If you want to upgrade with Odin make sure:
    1. You are using an original USB cable. The thinner charging cables do not transmit data.
    2. You are connecting directly to the PC USB port and not through a USB hub.
    3. Try another PC USB port.
    4. Try another Odin version.

    5. Make sure that Kies is not running when using Odin.

This looks like you are trying to downgrade your bootloader.
    Install original firmware version.
If you do not know which it is Can you install this app and post:
    Product Code
    Original CSC code
    Active CSC code
    PDA version
    CSC version
    Baseband version
    Android version
    Mobile operator

    Do you?
All of those files are in the firmware here:

Choose one that does not downgrade your firmware.
