Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Firmware update help!!!!

    Hey guys

I am completely new to forums and even more so to updating my firmware. Im trying to update my Galaxy Note 3 from Android 4.3 to Lollipop 5.0. I cant seem to do this and now I cant get into my phone. I have tried putting the original 4.3 back on by downloading the files and also cant seem to do that. This is the error I get when i try download the firmware onto my phone.

When I initially started the process I followed step by step instructions. I have gone through as many forums as i can but cant seem to get my phone sorted. Please can someone help me?

Hi and welcome to Sammobile forum.
From the information provided, it is clear that you are trying to install the wrong firmware.
Your first two fails look like you are trying to install a network firmware and they failed because your phone partition is not big enough.
The final fail could be because you are trying to downgrade your current firmware.

It would help to have some info on your phone.
Can you install this app and post:
    Product Code
    Original CSC code
    Active CSC code
    PDA version
    CSC version
    Baseband version
    Android version
    Mobile operator

Ok, not a lot to go on, but I will try.

    1. Vodacom is part of the Vodafone group.
Is your phone locked to that network? - you can only use a Vodacom sim card and no other network.

If YES then you can only install Vodafone firmware.
Something like this South Africa vodafone firmware:

    2. As your first two Odin installs failed on SIZE, it is possible that your phone is not locked to the Vodafone network, in which case this firmware would be the one to install:

Although you could install any Middle East/Africa firmware as they use the same one.
So if you want lollipop try this:

If you can, install Kies 3 on your PC.
Remove battery from your phone and leave out.
    Connect phone to Kies.
Go to Tools > Upgrade firmware and initialisation.
    Enter the info requested.
If Kies will initialise your phone, you will come to a firmware string with PDA/PHONE/CSC
    Write this down then CANCEL.

What you have written down is the correct firmware for your phone.
    Install that.

You can install any N9005 firmware with 'OJV' in the CSC code.
The lollipop Egypt firmware will install ok.
