I've installed TWRP of SM-T116 on my SM-T113 and it working, but I can't install custom ROM.zip or ROM.rar on my tablet. I need custom ROM which I can install on my tablet with this TWRP.

I tried install Lollipop 5.1 with Odin. I made convert to .tar.md5. When I install it, I get FAIL!.

Why didn't you just install the rar file using TWRP?
Ignore tgat as you have tried it.
Looks like a bad rom download.
Stay with 4.4.for the moment.

Because my fault occurs, where we reported that the installation package not have META-INF file.
The file you have tried to install is not a Sammobile file.
I suspect that the link is false and there is no lollipop firmware available.

That is the link I gave you, but I did not test it.
On checking I believe the link is a trap, and the firmware is not available.
