If on 4.4.4 can't you go straight to Part 3?

    Part. 3

Update from NJ4(4.4.4) to OC3(5.0.1) by stock recovery
    1. Download (5.0.1) OC3 OTA Update Here
    2. Copy 5.0.1.OC3.zip to your External SdCard"
    3. Unplug and power off phone
    4. Boot into Stock Recovery
...press and hold Both power and volume up buttons
...when you see the blue "RECOVERY BOOTING..." message in the top left corner, release power button
...when you see the android guy, release volume up button
    5. Select "apply update from external storage"
    6. Browse to location of "5.0.1.OC3.zip" and select it
    7. Phone will reboot when complete.
It may take some time to complete! Please be patient!
-If you are having an issue installing this package, First flash stock 4.4.2 even if you already have 4.4.2/4.4.4

Now you have updated your phone to android 5.0.1 lollipop successfully.

    --------------------------------Done!--------------------------------

Sorry for late response sir (because kinda busy in school) so it is fine even my firmware is not NJ4? should I proceed on Part 3 then? if I had an issue after I tried to upgrade from NJ5 to OC3, should I downgrade it to NJ4? if so, how? thanks sir!

I am going by the instructions that say 'if on 4.4.4 then go straight to part 3.
The NJ5 firmware that you are on is 4.4.4.

And then sir I will put the files on my "external storage"? does it mean not in phone memory?

I have not carried out this procedure, but many have successfully.
The instructions say 'external storage' - this is an external sd card (on your phone I think this is a micro sd card)
