    screen problem

    I have a problem on my Tab 10.1 SM-4 T530UN the screenshot appears as a white layer but I can see the icon and after a while may say 10 minutes the screen returns to its normal state.
    This problem occurred after installing the software for free app.
    I did a reset but the problem still persists. and sorry for my english.

    Either download the correct firmware and install with Odin,

    Or

    Connect to Kies and use the Tools menu to reinstall your firmware as described here:

    Did you factory reset from Recovery Mode after your installation?
    If not then do it now.
    Another useful site - go to bottom of thread for Recovery Mode

    Backup any user data with the Helium app.

    If this does not resolve the problem then it looks like it may be a hardware failure.
    Is your Tab still in Warranty?
