KitKat is being rolled out to the P601, and therefore it is not a good time to install firmware from another country.
You currently have a firmware with Arabic as the first language.
It is possible that Arabic will not be available in both the Cambodia and Trinidad and Tobago firmware.
Also, if you install another regions firmware you will lose Kies and OTA updates.

If none of the above is important to you, and your Note is not locked to a network (you can use a sim card for any network) then you can install any SM-P601 firmware.

The Letters UBU and XXU are region codes for the firmware.
The Middle East/ Africa/Turkey use the region code OJV.

CSC stands for Customer Software Customisation.
Samsung use a code found in the CSC to indicate which region the phone is set up for.
It is to ensure that the user's first language and mobile network information are installed.

There can be problems in installing any firmware, but if language is not an issue then you can install any SM-P601 firmware.

Thanks and sorry for my too many questions
My last worry is about locked firmware
How to know a firmware is locked to avoid flashing it
And will I lose network signal if I flash locked firmware

    Firmware is not locked.
It is your phone that can be locked to a network.
If you bought your phone with a contract, then the phone company can lock it to their network.
If you can use any network sim card, then you can install any SM-P601 firmware.
Network connection can be lost by downgrading your firmware if on 4.3 or higher, or by installing firmware not meant for your Note.
    Otherwise, all should be OK.
