My problem is that after downloading the latest version of Android 4.4.2 where I could not call and receive a message (not registered in the network) and even IMEI number has changed and I've tried several attempts to add the modem and Root, but to no avail, please, help me.

It is better to use Kies/OTA to update your phone to avoid these problems.
Installing another firmware can corrupt your modem file. This leads to a change to the IMEI, and loss of mobile service.
First of all try to install the correct firmware for your phone.

If Kies will not initialize then reinstall your firmware with Odin.

If you can install the *info app* from the link in post #2, then the correct firmware can be given.
Although Kies says your firmware is up to date.
