    note 4 ee uk update 6.0.1 (Broken) carphone warehouse

    ive updated the 6.0.1 4 times now on my hand set and ive also down 5 factory reset's and the os works for about 24 hours then starts to crash lock up freeze and reset is anyone else having these issue and found a fix ?

    ive even got to the point on this install i havent installed any apps hoping it was just app causing the issue

    anyone got a fix im at the end of me tether with this made my handset that ive had no problems with since the day of release to the point i can even make a call with out it crashing

    Have you tried returning to original firmware (but latest version) using SmartSwitch?

    note 4 doesnt support intialisation so do i have to use emergency software recovery ? and it asks for the recovery code which i dont have

    My N910F will initialise with SmartSwitch, so there must be some other block.

    Also, can you try running your phone in SAFE MODE for a while?
    SMART MODE only starts the system files and so eliminates any other potential conflicts.

    Turn off phone.
    Press and hold volume down and power button.
    Release power when screen boots but keep holding volume down button.

    Your screen will have SAFE MODE in the bottom left corner.

    Test in SAFE MODE for as long as you can to see if the issue repeats.
    If it does not, then one of your apps is causing a conflict.

    Downloaded the app and il give you the info later today still playing in sage mode as my phone seems to be working like a dream
