    Not registered on network'

After updating to KitKat 4.4.2 I9505XXUFNBE_I9505OLBFNB3_XME firmware, I keep getting 'Not registered on network' message. Does anyone have any solution or workaround to this problem?

how did you updated your phone
if you use kies, Kies should not have corrupted your EFS folder
Just check by dialling *#06# and note down your recorded IMEI number.

Get a copy of your original 4.4.2 firmware, and reinstall it with Odin3.

    Hi mobilecracker
I've just checked my IMEI and it is showing up correctly. And I've reinstalled the firmware several times but the problem remains.

    Hi Dychowski,
I've only found a link for the i9500 not the i9505 and the i9500 modem also fails during the process.

    Just to confirm :
When you dial *#06# that is the recorded IMEI by the phone.
Is it the same as the IMEI number under your battery?

Try returning to the previous firmware again, as something went wrong with your update :

    Hi greenman
Yes the IMEI is the same under the battery.
    I'll download the firmware again.
I'd previously flashed a firmware that had worked but this now also shows 'Not registered on network'.
