The factory reset is your best chance to get the phone working. but apreciate that it will wipe your data.

You could try connecting to SmartSwitch to see if you can backup your data and reinstall your firmware:

    Thanks

I've downloaded SmartSwitch but i think similar to Kies, it cant be utilised if it cannot connect to my phone (which is still stuck at logo)

Is there any way to backup without booting?

If your phone cannot connect to the PC and it will not boot, then there is no backup available.

It will be great if i can flash some rom to get the phone booting, then full backup everything on smartswitch.

Then, if i still need to full reset, i think that would be reasonable :/ Not sure if it could work that way..?

Flashing a rom will wipe your data, so you may as well try a factory reset.

After a long day of research, I salvaged the situation by flashing a custom recovery and then backing up my files etc. etc.
Well my 12hours paid off. Thanks mod for your motivation.

So currently after getting twrp recovery in...
Is there anyway i can backup my media files? (Photos and audio)
And what does it mean when under "mount" the internal storage is missing?

    Damn, problem after problem.

When there is a will there is a way?

Look at this TWRP guide and the nandroid backup.

I take it that all your data is saved to the internal memory.
When you have recovered them , do look at getting either an external sd card or a cloud storage such as Dropbox. Dropbox can be set up to automatically send your files to the Cloud storage when on WiFi.

Mount internal storage is missing is a worry.
It may be damaged and if so, not accessible.

You may need professional help to recover any data.
