Hi forum, I recently was using the stock rom from samsung, I made a backup of efs, then change a custom rom
to be exact use this [ Login above or register to see download links. ] , boot well but then does not connect to the network at my telephony provider tells me down o out service, I find the movistar network but does not connect
restore the efs and I do not work
any idea?
Can you remember the stock Samsung rom or Android version you were on to start with?

Do you know if your phone was locked to a network to start with?
If it was locked to a network you have to unlock before installing another non network, stock firmware.
To find your original firmware, open Kies.
Remove battery from phone and connect to Kies.
Enter phone model and serial number.
Follow instructions until you get to a firmware and 3 letter code.
This is the phone's original firmware.
Copy and then cancel.

With the old EFS foder, install the original firmware for your phone.
