    The best way of storing and keeping your contacts is in your GMail contact list.
    These are synced to your android phone, or any other android device you sign into with your GMail.
    This way, you cannot lose them and they are always accessible.

    Switch off all applications, but not solved the problem of the battery went

    samsung s3 roll update will update all of the countries in the past

    For battery problems, back up data (try Helium app from Play Store)
    Go to Recovery Mode and Clear Cache and then Clear Data /Factory Reset.

    This will clear away any conflicts with the previous firmware.
