    OK, you have a customised phone, i.e. it is not running stock samsung Android firmware, therefore you will not get Kies to recognise or update your phone.

    If you go into Settings > About device > software update, you will probably get the same message -that your phone has been modified.

    The choices are:
    1. Do nothing, if the phone is working OK.
    2. Install stock firmware using Odin.
    But to do this you will need to get your phone into Download Mode - and that will take a usb jig.
    3. Install a near stock firmware using Recovery Mode - but this needs CWMRecovery.

    You have a Feiteng GT-I9300 MTK6575 Chinese S3 clone.
    As this is not a samsung phone. I'm afraid we cannot be of any help.
