Sorry, you're on stock recovery. My mistake. That is an option in ClockworkmodRecovery.Originally Posted by rocker128 [ Login above or register to see download links. ]
Think you will have to accept loss of data/contacts and wipe cache then wipe data.
That should give you back a working phone.
I think you are right, but that means a loss of about 300 phonenumbers. The bright side is that I now can clean up my contacts. A lot of work though to get back the ones I need. Well, I learned one thing: Allways make a backup!
Thank you for trying to help me.
After doing a factory reset, how can I get ClockworkmodRecovery?
I'm not quitting so fast. I searched the internet over and over again, but found no solution. I managed to find and install the ClockworkmodRecovery but I could not save my contacts. I installed GB 2.3.6 and the ClockworkMod, wiped all data but the Mini was still in a bootloop. Then I installed GB 2.3.6 again and used the Android system recovery-menu that is attached with it and made a "wipe data/factory reset". That did it. It works fine now and yeah: All contacts lost.
Greenman thanks again. I won't be so stupid again.
Why don't you choose a recovery tool. You can root your Android phone first and then use Android Data Recovery to [ Login above or register to see download links. ]. Once I delete something on my phone, I prefer to to use this program to get them back. I think you can have a try. Maybe your contacts can be restored.
