No idea what you're on about.
How much did you pay for your last ROM update?
Now the new and old generation phones are similar, but a update is performed to sell new phones

    The similar Samsung phone hardware
Samsung Galaxy Young S6312 and Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562

The only difference between the two handsets is the manufacture date And a few minor changes to the phone
After sales policy and not something else

If manufacture date is the only difference then you should be able to install the S7562 firmware on the S6312.
How sure are you of your facts?

From this comparison, they are differently specified phones, but do share the same processor.

    Not quite the same:
    Different screen size.
    Different screen resolution.
    Different camera.
    To name a few.

Bottom line is you could flash S7562 firmware, but you will probably lose some functions.

If you try it, let us know.

Being slow and uncomfortable Sandwich ROM is updated only reason

But in phone 6312 this phone is Good performance to use ROM works

Or any other reason and there is no need to update

Android 2 was even better, but it was a good performance

I find it very unlikely to have Samsung releasing an older OS version for any of his phones... very bad for business...

I don't know if you can but I'm sure you may even brick the phone if you try since the China version of some Samsung phone have different hardware from their original versions. I hope there's a jb version for s7562 and S7562L after all.
