OK I have been suffering from this pit issue with odin failure for 6 months. Today I just randomly tried it out and it worked for me. Heres what i did.
1. Downloaded the pit binary for my model and Twrp recovery (google it).
2. Download Odin 3.09
3. Put your phone in download mode (Volume down + power+ home) connecting it to the PC. Make sure the messages you get on your phone screen is what you normally get.
4. Add the pit file in pit. Add the twrp (.tar file) file in AP and CP. Have the auto reboot checked only.
5. Let the phone restart till you see the odin say Pass.
6. Take out battery, disconnect usb and put the battery back and turn on phone using (Volume up + power + home)
7. You will be in the twrp recovery. You can add any custom rom in your memory card and install the rom through twrp recovery.
8. You will need to flash the bootloader (BL) and modem (CP) after you've installed a custom rom. The link for the required BL and CP should be in the custom rom link
i have the same problem

Smartswitch isn't working. I am using Odin 3.09 and it reconizes on the proper com port. So i know the cable is ok. Any Ideas would be appericated. I thank you in advance for your help.
Looks like a hardware failure.
Take it for an emmc/ motherboard repair.
Is there anything else I can try first? I can boot into recovery, and it says "Installing system update" with the little green man with the spinner in his belly and his antenna twitching. So it doesn't appear that it is a hardware issue? When it gets done, it goes to reboot system now. It says on the bottom of the screen that it applied the CSC-code : ATT Successfully applied multi-CSC. I can also get into the logs if that will help.
I just did a full factory reset and the phone is on the Samsung Galaxy note 4 screen. It has been in this state for the past 5 minutes or so. Thanks in advance for your response.

Sorry, I do not follow.
A ddi error is a problem with the database.
Did the firmware not download and unzip correctly?
I do not have a repair firmware for the N910T.
