Battery drain on S3 Frontier

Hello I recently bought a Samsung S3 Frontier and iam only getting 1 day battery live from my watch:mad::mad::mad:. I see Samsung has released a firmware update to R760XXU2CRK2 to solve this battery issue. I live in South Africa and my software version on my gear is R760XXU2CRH1 where and how can I get the new version for my gear.
