Unable to download firmware

I'm trying to download this firmware

but it shows only fast download and doesn't let me download it unless I upgrade to premium.
How can I download this firmware with a free account?

I figured it out.
I just switched from Chrome to Internet Explorer.
But why regular download doesn't appear on Chrome?

Don't know.
Perhaps.you hit the same time that the maintenance work on the site finished and the button became available

where does the download go to because im having the same problem it does nothing I go through all the steps and when I press to download nothing happens
