Am downloads early previve of Android 4.3 Europa after its release the full version of it i downloads the Nordic Country
Sweden, Norway, Denmark, etc but after that i can not get the kies to work property.
How can i fix it, am guessing its my SElinux version some not is correlty. But maeby has wrong.

That is normal and the reason is your productcode and installed firmware CSC code do not match properly.For kies updates to work both codes have to match.You can fix this by flashing the correct firmware for your productcode.If 4.3 is not out yet for you you'll have to wait.
My phone was a Nordic ready and its out, but am installed a Europa test first before i take the reinstalled the full version some released later but i guess the CSC code was change when i tryed the Europa test release some sammobile release early.
Only why is to wipe the phone totaly?

If you flashed the leaked test your productcode changed and kies will no longer update.I had exactely the same problem and i solved it by downloading the correct 4.3 firmware for my productcode and flashed it with odin after that kies will work again but you need to remember your productcode.
I find a app for change the CSC code with root so now my phone works again :)

were released, but I still get the "your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware via kies" message. OTA on the phone doesn't work either. Why? Everything suggest updates should be working?
LAST WEEK I HAD OTA UPDATED MY NOTE 2 AFTER THAT WHEN I CONNECTED MY PHONE IT SAYS MY DEVICE FIRMWARE CANT BE UPDATED VIA KIES
