On my new S3 Classic I get notifications on arrived emails. I can read the mail on that moment on my S3. So far it is OK. But if I go on any moment to my app on the S3, emaiks, it sais: no emails. This seems not ok to me!
Any suggestion is appriciated.

If you have read the emails already, then you may get a 'no emails', as in no new emails.
