View Full Version : [General] Unable to use call forwarding on gear s

I have a gear s sm-r750p the sprint version it used to work with call forwarding fine with my sprint sg5 until i switched carriers to boost mobile. My gear s is still sprint, but phone is now on boost mobile. I was wondering if it is the carrier boost that stopped the call forwardig from working or is it the gear manager app thats not letting it go through.

If call forwarding is working on your phone (without the Gear S attached} then the problem would appear to be with your Gear Manager.
Try a wipe cache/factory reset of your Gear.

I've reset the gear twice and uninstalled gear manager twice also it still doesn't work. I can set call forwarding on my phone by dialing *72 but it wont work through the gear app.

thanks but i already knew about those instructions. I just noticed that i cant receive text messages also on my gear from my watch. that feature also stop working.

in my gear manager app under notifications i cant find "messages" anymore as an option to receive notifications.
