If you install this app, then some of your questions will be answered,
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.vndnguyen.phoneinfo

As far as your firmware goes the main things to look for are:
Product Code - includes the code where the phone originated
PDA/AP - the android firmware version
CSC - includes the firmware region/network code
Modem/Baseband - the firmware connecting your phone to the network, but also contains important data on your phone.

in my tablet I looking for the file build.prop, and inside there aren't the lines
<Display>
en_US;en_GB;es_US;es_ES;zh_HK;zh_CN;fr_CA;fr_FR;ko _KR;
</Display>,
for know the system language of the ROM.

I would download this rom:
Model: SM-T320
Model name: GALAXY TabPRO 8.4 Wi-Fi
Country: United Kingdom
Version: Android 4.4.2
Changelist: 1263708
Build date: Mon, 07 Apr 2014 13:39:23 +0000
Product Code: BTU
PDA: T320XXU1BND3
CSC: T320OXA1BND3
MODEM: T320XXU1BND3
but I don't know if inside there is the Italian language.
Help me please.

I would expect the BTU firmware, being a European firmware, would include Italian.

It is not difficult to install, and check for yourself.

sorry one more thing. I found this on the net:
You can always flash same firmware in various countries however, keep in mind you shouldn't attempt flashing a carrier branded firmware on other countries. For example, you can install a firmware that rolled out for Hungary in Uruguay but you can't flash Hungary (VDH) firmware when your country is Uruguay.

means that on my tablet I can't install a different rom of US rom (T320UEUU1ANAG or more updated versions)??

The only rule is that you cannot install another firmware on a network locked device.
If unlocked to any network, then any correct model firmware can be installed. It may not be sensible to install a network firmware as the modem firmware is specifically chosen for the optimum access to that specific network.

Of course, none of this matters on a wifi only device. On your T320 you can install any T320 firmware.

I know this is an old thread, but am hoping someone can help. I'm trying to understand the file naming used in ROMs.
For Example I9195XXUCOL3
This is an O2 ROM for the UK
https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/.../GT-I9195/O2U/

I9195 - OK, that's fairly self explanatory

XXU - Region ? Are these defined anywhere?
C - ? - This letter increments in the O2 ROM list on SAMMOBILE from A-C but does not seem to relate to month or year of release
O - year of release
L - month of release
3 - Build number?

Thanks
