Dual-edge display a possibility for the Galaxy Note lineup, says Samsung executive

At Mobile World Congress 2015 Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge. The latter has received much praise from people who have become enamored with its dual-edge display and based on this positive response a Samsung executive has highlighted the possibility that the company might also bring the dual-edge display technology to its Galaxy Note lineup.

This whole “edge” business started with the Galaxy Note lineup anyway, last year to be precise, when Samsung launched the Galaxy Note Edge. This September we'll be looking forward to the Galaxy Note Edge 2, and if Roh Tae-moon is to be believed then it may have dual-edge display. Tae-moon is an executive vice president of Samsung's product strategy team who told reporters in Barcelona that “There is a possibility that Samsung will introduce the curved display for the Galaxy Note lineup.”
