Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to launch in 140 countries by end of October
With all the resources at its disposal, it’s only normal that Samsung manages to launch its flagship devices in a huge number of countries within a few days. The Galaxy Note 3 went up for sale in over a 100 countries in a single day, and now, Samsung is aiming for the same big launch for its successor by launching the Galaxy Note 4 in 140 countries by the end of October. Samsung has also officially confirmed that the Note 4 will go on sale in South Korea on September 26 as was previously rumored, which should come as good news for those who couldn’t pre-order the phablet in Samsung’s home country.
“As the originator of the Note category, Samsung takes immense pride and responsibility” said Mr. DJ Lee, President and Head of Sales & Marketing of the IT & Mobile Communications Division at Samsung Mobile. “Galaxy Note 4, which maximizes the usability of the large screen and S Pen, will take mobile user experience to a whole new level.” With the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 in the market, Samsung will need to do all it can to lure consumers towards the Galaxy Note 4, and given the immense popularity of the Galaxy Note lineup, that shouldn’t be that hard to do.
