To celebrate the launch of its new flagship Samsung has teamed up with T-Mobile to run a promotion which will give free Galaxy Note 4 as well as other prizes from the company's lineup of devices to those who take part in it. T-Mobile has already started pre-registrations for the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge. Pre-registration means prospective customers can sign up to receive updates about the device straight from the carrier, doesn't mean that they'll be charged for anything at this stage.

The Gear-a-Day promotion runs through till next Thursday. A winner will be selected daily from that day's pre-registration entries. The winner will be allowed to pick anything from the wearable lineup which includes Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo, Gear Fit and the Samsung Gear Circle.

From all the entries that come in until next Thursday one grand winner will be selected who will receive a grand prize of a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Gear Circle, S-View Flip Cover as well as any Samsung Gear smartwatch offered by T-Mobile.

Only those who are 18 and older, and live in the 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia can sign up to take part in the Gear-a-Day promotion by T-Mobile and Samsung.

Specs comparison: Samsung Galaxy Note 9 vs Galaxy Note 4

Ah, the Galaxy Note 4. It's perhaps the last “true” Note flagship if you ask some of the diehard fans, and for good reason, too. It was the last Note to come with a removable battery or an IR blaster. When the Galaxy Note 5 came along, the Note 4 was also temporarily the last […]

Fact or fiction? Galaxy Note 8 has ‘most generous battery capacity’ of any Note series device

Fact or fiction? Galaxy Note 8 has ‘most generous battery capacity’ of any Note series device

Now, before you reach for those pitchforks, let me say that the words in the title aren't mine or one of my colleagues' at SamMobile. They come straight from Samsung, or at least from the company's Samsung Members app, from a section on official performance tips for the Galaxy Note 8. And, frankly, if we […]
