Turn off your phone and remove battery. Leave for 10 minutes and replace battery and reboot.

    Ok, bigger problem then
    Do you have a signal?
    If 'no'
Have you checked your sim card?
In Settings - More settings - Mobile networks - choose Network operators.
Is your network there? If so, select.

If you have a signal, check your date time and time zone are correct - choose 'Automatic time zone'.

Changing an imei number is illegal as the phone is probably stolen. Restoring an imei is different and can be done, but requires software.
    Take a look here: octopusbox.com/eng/news/details/217

When you have restored your imei then copy the efs file that contains your imei number.
