non sbloccato S5360!!!

ho comprato due codici per sbloccare due s5360 ma non funzionati anzi ci sono consumati senza ne anche sbloccare uno
!!!!!!!!!! anche se mi ha detto che è stato sbloccato !! e ho seguito tutte le step!! ma niente mi da quando voglio chiamare un messaggio rete non disponibile !!! che serve che mi scrive sbloccato ma non riesco di fare le chiamate??
cosa mi devo fare e come posso sostituire i codici che non mi sono utilizzate come posso sbloccarli????
qualcuno mi può aiutare?????
