GS3 III heated - restared and now stuck on S Logo

I bought new SGS3 Blue Vietnam version factory production: June 2012
After using for 3 hours !!! started to update OT and then heat and restart many times while OT update message (Android is updating 1 out 3 ) till it restart and stuck on S logo ( Samsung galaxy S III ) and restart again.
Download mode is Ok . Recovery mode not working but I dont have any data since it new.
I Think I need to flash it to Original Factory Rom county code XSG.
Problem is I dont have CSC - Modem - Bootloader - PIT -Phone files. I only have .md5 PDA from Sammobile.
What to do? as long as download mode OK things are Ok.

After flashing XSG original rom from SamMobile. Problem still the same:
