Thought there would be a special forum just regarding kies?

Have a 7.7 tab, for love not money cannot get Kies to connect, all versions of it, it has connected once, but now kies air, and kies latest version will not connect to my mac.

Kies 2.3 knows there is something trying to connect, never makes the connection though.

Kies air just scans for kies servers, and never finds ones.

Help please, for me this is the most disappointing thing of the tab, its connect ability is really poor, tried so many different ways, PC, MAC, another TAB 7.7

I should have tried a hard power down, after that at least the USB cable worked with Kies

I have a different problem with Kies. Im trying to update to 2.3.2.12064_9 but im in an update loop. Kies runs the update but once it finished kies says a new version of samsung kies 2.3.2.12064_9. Ive tried deleting kies but nothing is working...please help

Same thing as curtgolf53 is happening with Kies on my laptop. Any ideas anyone?

Boombasticl...here is what i found on another forum. Do a ctrl alt delete once you start to run the_9 update. Hit end task on the task manger rite before the _9 update finishes.

We are discussign with Samsung about Samsung KIES.
Make always sure you have the latest version of KIES.

I've got a doubt. After I flashed ICS (stock version) on my Galaxy tab 7.7 (Brazillian version) , my kies just won't recognize it as a samsung device... I'd like to know: is there a way to fix it? Other thing, I tryied to restore my galaxy tab 7.7 to the stock rom (Honey comb 3.2) using the pit and firmware file provided on the firmware page...I followed the whole guide and in the end I got stucked with a pit file and pda file... however, I didnt have the BOOTLOADER,PHONE and CSC files that was supposed to be appearing at the guide... Can someone help me please?

I have GT-P6800 tablet and i downloaded latest Keys version 2.5 however when i start it i get asked to downlad some update for firmware and i do it.after download is finished it want start installation of those updates and every next time i start Keys i get same command for downloading update.
Can you help please?
