Adding Languages

I am currently living in Saudi Arabia but I am Portuguese, I bought a Samsung Note GT-N7000 but unfortunately it does not come with Portuguese language installed and it would be very helpful to me. I love this phone, it is better than any Iphone (which I have also owned) and this is the only thing in which the Iphone is better, can any one help or guide me to have Portuguese language and keyboard on my brilliant Samsung Note?

I had a very similar problem, and solved it by getting a firmware covering the appropriate region. Now running ICS open European firmware version, has all languages I need.

U can go through market and search for Portuguese Keyboard and install it
