How to upgarde new firmware

Hi Team,
I have Galaxy S i9000 , I want to upgrade to new version , I went to firmware page and downloaded the latest wormware "I9000DDJV9_I9000ODDJV9_INU.zip"

after this i downloaded flash program then i downloaded the Flash guide for my galaxy s i9000 but in flash guide its written
that in Odin we need to select PIT,PDA,PHONE,CSC but the downloaded latest firmware I9000DDJV9_I9000ODDJV9_INU.zip has only one tar file..... Can you please guys tell me how to update to official I9000DDJV9_I9000ODDJV9_INU.zip in my Galaxy S I9000
