Since it's a HongKong ROM the default CSC (which decides which language packs will be available for use) will be TGY which lacks English language. But the KOR (maybe Korean) includes English language. So in order to change it you need to type *272*HH:MM# (HH:MM is the actual time displaye on your phone). Doing this will present you with an option to change CSC and then you should select KOR. s575 bada 2 : CSC:TGY and KOR (all csc have KOR ) present languages: chines-symplify , chines-traditional , english and korean
after flashing without sim and memory card *#272*HHmm# and you can change your CSC
