Stuck on logo screen after loading a Rom.

Hi All, I have come to this site in desperation after stuffing my phone up. I tried to load a Rom as recommended by someone on face book. Being a total newb and not knowing what i am doing i went ahead and loaded some Rom from the SD card and now the phone will not load. I have now downloaded this Odin program and can put the phone into download mode and now do not know what to do.

If there is someone out there who can please help me load the correct os and get it back running i would ge really greatfull.

Thanks for all your help guys, still sitting here with a bricked phone and have no idea what to do.

I agree with you that i am knob for messing it up in the first place but nothing from any body.

I think that there is a lot of talk about ways to potentially duff your phone up on here and not much in the way of saving it when it goes wrong.

did you clear your caches? go into recovery mode and do a factory reset reset! reboot and get back to me and let me know! then we can proceed to fix your phone ok!

Hey nedrick cheers for the reply dude, I have now admitted defeat and, thankfully, it was still covered from purchase and has been replaced. I pleaded ignorance and had it exchanged.

I am now reading everything i can about rooting and developing in general but i can not find much for begginers. You obviously have some knowledge and if i may ask, i wondered where you started.
