If you really can't wait for ICS to be released (like me ) you *could* do what I did and upgrade to ICS with the AOKP project.

There are a couple of issues with the ROM still (there's no camera function and it doesn't like USB devices) but to be honest, I rarely used either function on my tab (I use the SII for pictures).

You must be rooted before you start and you should take a backup using ClockWorkMod so that you can return if you don't like it. The instructions are a bit vague, but you basically copy the ROM zip file and the Gapps.zip to the root folder of your pad and install them both with CWM.

Oh.. You can also overclock your pad to 1.4Ghz
