how to install firmware on I5500

HI, i found on this forum my samusung FIRMWARE

it's a TIM branded firmware (italy) , the number is: I5500XXKJ3

i don't undestand how can i flash this firmware into the device.

i tried with SAMSUNG KIES but the program only check for the latest firmware it does not give me the possibility to reinstall or flash the firmware.

so can anyone help me ?

There is way Menu>Conf>Privacy> Restore factory default.

If you can dial *#1234# and post your firmware, then a more accurate answer can be given.

Kies will only give an update that is correct for your Phone sales Code (CSC) and your matching firmware CSC.
Kies will not allow you to install whichever firmware you choose, but Odin will.

First of all your phone has to be unlocked so that any network sim card will work in it.

The firmware you mention is a network branded version.
Is that what you want to install?
