I have sw version B2710XXJK1, CSC VER B2710OXDJK1 which doesn't include Serbian language pack. Could someone please advise is it possible to install only Serbian language, where to find such files and short guide how to.

If I have to change firmware, please advise, what firmware version should I have to download.

    Thanks.

It's easy to do and should only take about 20 minutes. Remember to back up any content (contacts, photos, etc) stored on your phone just in case it gets deleted.
To back up your content and update your phone's software just follow the instructions below. You may be re-directed to your handset manufacturer's web site. O2 is not responsible for the content of external internet sites.

Hi, I can perfectly see firmwares for other models, but the whole B series seems to be empty, I found no firmware in there. What I'm doing wrong? I'm looking for a fresh firmware for xcover 271 GT-B2710. Thank you.

Thanks for reply. I have had a girlfriend's xcover 271 in service and it came back with the most fresh unbranded firmware <SW_VER> B2710XXKK1, <CSC_VER> B2710OXDJL1 (Languages: DE,EN,IT,FR,HU,PL,CZ,SK,KR?). I have samsung multiloader, but I have not figured out how to use it to backup the firmware (i.e. opposite of the update). This new firmware I'd like to backup and upload to my phone then (and share here via rapidshare, if someone's interested). Is this possible and how?

Sorry but you cannot completely backup your whole firmware!

And what you mean is downgrading..

    Hello,

My b2710 got stuck in an infinite boot loop probably caused by an app trying to load a too big file for the phone to handle. I successfully installed the following firmware B2710_XXJI4_XSAJI1 from [ Login above or register to see download links. ] and the phone successfully booted. Then, I tried to upgrade the firmware with Kies and I got the following message: "Your device does not support software upgrading via Kies". Did I install the correct firmware version (I am located in Belgium), as the phone says something about qualcom somewhere? I searched with google and found a post of someone who bought a phone in a different country than where he lives. He could not upgrade is phone because of that. The issue was resolved with the help of Samsung support, but he did not do anything dubious as I probably did.

    Thanks.
