Why is there no firmware for the s series?

I was looking to flash s5620 monte and when i got to region selection there was nothing just blank white space where should be Europe,Asia... Is there something wrong or they are in different place?

Is it true that we can add task manager and a querty keyboard to this phone using modified firmwares? If yes, could u suggest me some stable versions..
