i have a similar problem..i was on 2.2.1 then i upgraded to xxkp7 then xxkpe then xxkph then ddkp1 then ddkp2 then ddkp3 i had factory reset a lot of time had cache also wiped but this problem persisted from my first update..seriously need help..thanks!
Same as me, since first update, now always not working...
I went to service store, and they changed the motherboard of my device. The problem has been solved. but now I never update my device anymore.
in your case the problem was not the update was a hardware problem.
