Can you post the video link so we can see what you have done?
Did you have a full battery before flashing?
Did you flash 5830i firmware and not 5830?

I dont have a vidoe now, somehow i am able to boot through download mode. Have installed Odin, i have pda file (S5830iXXMC1_S5830iODDLK1_RST_S5830iDDMC1_HOME.tar .md5) which the laest firmware download from your site, have boot loaderr also (DefaultCalDataWithBoot_S5830iXXLB1_REV00.tar) i have Pit file also which came along with the Odin. But i dont have phone and csc file.

I have navigated the youtube and the only possible solution, which i think is flashing the rom. Tell me if i am wrong and please provide the link of phone and CSC file. and i dont think so that i had full battery that time.

The video shows you how to install a zip file using Recovery Mode.
Unfortunately the Sammobile files cannot be installed this way, and have to be unzipped once and installed with Odin.

When you unzip the downloaded sammobile file you get one firmware file and this contains all the files you need (PDA+CSC+Phone)
Ignore the PIT file and the dll file.

    Installation method is here:

    Flashing s5830i with Odin v1.85
[ Login above or register to see download links. ]

    1. Turn off the phone and put it in Download mode by pressing Power+Volume Up+volume down.
    2. Open Odin v1.85
    3. If it's a one-file firmware put it in PDA section. (Do not change anything else in Odin)
    4. Connect phone to Odin with USB and make sure the ID:COM box turns yellow.
If it doesn't you haven't installed the USB drivers on your computer
    5. Click start and don't touch the phone!
Don't turn off computer and don't unplug the phone! It will reboot automatically and the first boot will take some time.

If you look at your screen shot, its stops at 'cannot open port'
    You either:
    1. Haven't installed the USB drivers on your computer.
These are usually installed when you first use Kies
    2. Are not using the original (or original quality) USB lead
    3. Are connecting through a USB hub (connect directly to the computer)
    4. Need to try another usb port on your computer.
    5. Have Kies still open. Close it as Kies and Odin do not like each other.
