    cannot open the usb serial port. code: 32

    I am not able to use odin... I closed kies but still the same

    You need administrator account rights to upgrade your phone with odin. Make sure you have Kies installed in your pc for the phones drivers.

    Hi i have the same problem with the samsung galaxy ace. Has anyone got any idea how to fix this plzz

    i had the same problem, but it solved: i did 2 things (im not sure which one made it)

    1. i tried for 4 or 5 times.
    2. cut odin and rom and other stuff from my documents to one of my hard drives (F:\) and tried.
    maybe its somehow foolish, but i made it.
    hope u will too.

    Try closing the process of the "KiesTrayAgent" with Windows Task Manager. Just closing the Kies application is not enough. Hope this helps

    try changing the usb cable

    ..Also try the usb ports on the back and not just the ones located on the front of your PC 'cause there is really a difference between them...

    This has to do with Kies, just restart your pc and try again. That worked with me...
