It appears that this release, at least for most people in Asia doesn't support any Data services even when plugging in the APN settings manually. Only thing you get is WIFI - without Data you can't MMS or get on the telco data network. DEFINITELY NOT READY FOR EVERYDAY USE.

Does look good though, I will wait till March, I need the data to work for everyday needs on the move.

UPDATE - - - If you are in Thailand and use DTAC, the APN Settings for Data are:

authentication: CHAP (You must set this)

XXLPB works very good here in the Philippines with Globe, apart from the few snags in the kernel that is fixed by flashing the LP6 kernel.. :)

This is very much a daily driver for me.

Where is the Vibration on calling? (not in slient) I didn't see in settings.

my gtalk does not seem to support video chat. any idea how to get this fixed?

People having problems with exchange email. It only works on Wifi. Doesn't work on 3G for some reason (yes my 3g is setup and working).
Has anyone been able to fix this?

Many thanks to Danny for the lealk. Here are my feelings after few days experiencing:
- HSPDA (Vinaphone-Vietnam), Wifi work well.
- Face unlock are robust but just for fun
- A little bit annoying with stupid software update reminder
- No vibration for incoming call in normal profile
- No POP manual settings (Very essential for setting up a company email)
- Quite unstable (crash sometime)
I don't want to jump to conlusion but this is actually not smooth enough for me for daily use.

I have been using this firmware (in Romania, Orange Network) for 1 week now and I have the following bugs:

1: calls longer than 1 hour are shown without the hour, only the minutes and seconds (eg: the call lasts 1h:5m:52s and it shows 0h:5m:52s)
2. location works perfectly in Google Maps but otherwise it's poor. Location by network cell seems not to work at all. Now I have 'current location' ON for weather and on main screen I have Bacau and on the lock screen I have Ceardaca (don't think it's even in Romania). I travelled to Bucharest this weekend and the location didn't change. Even activating GPS didn't make a change - it didn't work
3. the contacts' birthday isn't shown in the calendar. I marked to show all calendar but still nothing

4. sometimes when using data it stalls on 3G. I have to make another data request (navigate to another page for example) and then it might go HSDPA and start working again. It' very annoying and it happened also on Gingerbread, no matter the ROM.
5. the e-mail client seems to check only the default account in 'Combined view' mode (no matter WiFi or HSDPA)
6. When I dial a number it splits the number in US format. Even if I select EN-UK or Romanian in language settings it still splits it instead of showing it compact. When someone calls, the number is shown the same.

That's all I have for now. If I find something else I will report it.

I got into bug with this firmware, Suddenly phone doesnt resume from standby mode and phone becomes hot. Only way to recover is remove battery and
restart phone, Battery would have discharged completely. I got this symtoms twice.

I had stock firmware with only two applications veallamo and quadrant, data enabled only via wifi.
