Hold Volume down key+ Home button key and press power on, now you will see this screen, accept it
Connect your phone with USB cable and run ODIN You should get the message “Added! !” under the Odin’s message box in the bottom left.
Check only Auto reboot & F. Reset time in option
Put the files like this in Odin:
PDA = I9100_CODE_I9100XXLPB_CL99600_REV02_user_low_ship. tar,
PHONE = MODEM_I9100XXLPB_REV_02_CL1101286.tar,
CSC = GT-I9100-MULTI-CSC-OXXLP5_RST.tar,
Hit the start button and process will begin


You need to folow those steps...nothing else will happend, you will use your phone as before.

Sure, it will be some issues related to ICS(bugs that are not yet fixed.)..but that's it!

Camera works, but not all the time. It was working yesterday, but this morning while setting Google Authenticator back up it would not work, stated I needed to restart. So I restarted and it worked again.

Also, before I entered my APN settings I put the phone in airplane mode from the (hold power) menu. I could not turn it off. Ended up restarting the phone and using the setting menu to turn it off.

Still some issues and I'm waiting on app authors to update to support 4.0 Mostly wanting aLapRecorder HD. But, over all I think it is usable, at least for me.

Side note, I got a chuckle out of the end of the ROM name "LPB" Maybe it now means "Low Problem Build" :D

I noticed this change too, but I welcome it as I felt it was backwards from the norm in 2.3. Having the OK to the bottom right is more uniform with most keypad input devices/screens.

On keychanges, I'm hoping I can get Swype number pad mode to look like it did in 2.3. I don't like across the top change they made.

Only note is that I used the Disable button rather than the Force Stop to remove the Software Update notice from the notification bar.

I don't know, but I'm not sure we will get this. The Galaxy Nexus has that 0 delay camera, if I remember the reviews right some of those effects needed that.

I hope we will have new leak soon but I think it cannot be fast like this. Anyways, let's see what happens because Samsung now is very hard working on it and we already have got 2 leaks in 2 days once.

if anyone is on o2 uk and need to set up settings for internet for this rom just send a txt active to 2020 and u will receive a settings tap install and there u go

i dont think there will be coming a new leak soon. i expect a new leak at the end of the month

Im facing (kernel painc) some time when reboot every thing became fine but idont. Whe I'm facing this problem

well the guide says go to SAMFIT to see your last firmware and every phone for Australia appears the 2.3.6 XXXWhatever and none ICS so I thought I couldnt install ICS to my phone xS as I said I am confused... :P
