If you received a Samsung Rewards card for registering for a Samsung Pay account, there's a good chance that you may be experiencing some issues when trying to use it as many users have reported that their Rewards card has been declined while trying to pay for goods both online and in-store.

Samsung is still yet to comment on the matter. However, Citibank, which manages the Samsung Rewards scheme, has announced that it's working with the South Korean company to fix the widespread issue, but it failed to provide an estimated timeframe for when it will be back up and running again.
