Last month Samsung and iconic Swedish furniture manufacturer IKEA announced a partnership aimed at making wireless charging easier by integrating chargers into furniture. Not only would this keep the wireless charging plates out of the way but also offer users the convenience to charge their devices almost anywhere.

IKEA has revealed on its website that later this month the VARV table and floor lamp, RIGGAD work lamp, NORDLI and SELJE bedside tables will arrive in stores and online. These new models all have wireless chargers built-in, and IKEA has also developed the NORDMÄRKE charging pads which the user can place on just about any surface in their home. Last but not the least IKEA has also come up with the JYSSEN wireless charger that can be built into furniture, so users can bring this technology to an existing piece without having to fork money for a new table or lamp.

Since the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge both support wireless charging straight out of the box, users simply need to place their device on a compatible wireless charger. It's that simple.
