Samsung's upcoming developer conference is finally open for registration. Registration fees are $299, and the conference will be taking place from October 27 to the 29th, in San Francisco. Around 40 events are planned (the full schedule is at the source link), where Samsung will discuss things like API access to its apps such as ChatOn and Group Play, its Smart TVs, and more.

The developer conference is also expected to be the launching pad for Samsung's Tizen OS, and even if that doesn't happen, the company will still be discussing development on the OS in a few events. If you're a developer, it's a conference you should attend, so go ahead and hit the source link to register. Hurry, tickets are limited.
